Returns & Exchanges Policy

All items undergo stringent quality control checks for any defects to ensure buyer's satisfaction prior to shipment.

We do not accept returns for incorrect items sent or defective items listed below. We regret to inform you that returns & exchanges for wrong sizes are on case to case basis as accuracy measurements of your own unique body types are already provided with Made-to-Measure service.

Returned items must be received in original condition such as: 

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original packaging

  • In brand new condition, with all tags still attached

  • Free of any stains (e.g makeup) or scents

Returns are to be applied via contacting us within 3 days of receiving your items. We will not accept returns past this allocated time frame.

Wrong/Defective Item

Drop us an email straight away, with details and photographs, if you think we've got your order wrong or you received any defective items at knitmetight@gmail.com. This should be performed within 3 days of receiving your items, so do make sure to check your items when you receive them. We aim to reply you as soon as possible.

Do note that defective items do not constitute the following:

  • Loose threads, marked creasing

  • Slight stains on the inner lining, not visible when worn

  • Loose thread buttons which can be sewn on easily

  • Slight differences in measurements 

  • Clothing asymmetry due to body curvatures
